The Xtreme Elite Wooden Weight Lifting Platform is a perfect space to practice your Strength training. As strength and speed work are an essential part of Cross Training, our Lifting Platforms come with two heavy duty flooring options that are easy to assemble. The shock absorbing rubber surface softens the sound when dropping a loaded barbell and will cause less wear and tear on your equipment.
An extra long Band Peg Set is included, compatible with standard and longer speciality barbells, for a next-level workout. The platform has a 50x50mm" steel frame with gusseted corners that bolt to the floor easily. You have the option of the Rubber and Wooden Platforms - as well as combining the two flooring options:
- 6 piece Wooden Platform: 610mm x 610mm x 30mm rubber mat with one plywood platform.
