The Xtreme Elite Clubbell is a unique training tool that utilises primal simplicity to deliver a full-body workout. Clubbells are an effective way of adding variety to your training and a wide range of swinging and lifting movements can be performed using a single club or a pair. Work your way through the weight range for a constant challenge.

Use:

Clubbells offer a challenging workout due to their design. Because most of the weight is distributed towards the end of the bell, this creates a leverage disadvantage that will pull you off balance, forcing you to engage your whole body to correct the imbalance. Clubbells can be integrated into a variety of workouts including circuits and high-intensity interval training.

If you’re new to clubbell training, start off with a light weight and gradually work your way up. This will allow you to concentrate on developing correct technique and form while avoiding potential injury. Ensure you have plenty of space around you and enough clearance above your head. Avoid striking clubbells on hard surfaces.
