The durable steel tricep bar is designed with textured knurled handles for comfort, a protective chrome finish and secure fit while performing the moderate to heavy exercises. The vertical dual-grip design that allows for better triceps isolation compared to traditional straight bars, and can also be used for biceps "hammer" curls. Other exercises to perform are triceps extensions, standing rows, etc. The rotating sleeves offer smooth sliding on and off of weights which make it easier on joints and lower back.
